Processing & Handmade Production Time All our baskets are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 14 business days for your item to be crafted before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Carrier We ship with PostNL. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and PostNL's current handling times.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the Netherlands and the following EU countries only.

Netherlands: 1–3 business days — €6.95, free on orders over €150

Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg): 3–5 business days — €12.95, free on orders over €150

Southern EU (Italy, Portugal, Spain): 3–5 business days — €15.95, free on orders over €200

Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden): 3–7 business days — €18.95, free on orders over €200

Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 3–7 business days — €22.95, free on orders over €200

Mediterranean Islands (Cyprus, Greece, Malta): 3–7 business days — €22.95, free on orders over €200

Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order's journey.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at joo.fruzsina@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
